Vinification |
The style of winemaking, as for all our wines, is that of a light hand that tends to accompany the grapes to the bottle. In fact, we believe that a wine, especially from single vine, is a unique and unrepeatable work and as a child it must be accompanied in its growth without forcing, so that it can thus highlight its personality. The aforementioned grapes are vinified separately only in years that are of good quality. Otherwise, in the less fortunate years, they are assembled together with Nebbiolo grapes coming from other sub-areas (Cannubi, Sarmassa) to the production of Barolo without indication of the vineyard. |
