After an initial racking, the must is put into 225-litre and 500-litre oak casks, then blended in a single steel tank where it ages for another year and concludes its ageing with further 12 months in the bottle. |

Excellent as an aperitif with medium-aged cheeses and fragrant cured meats. It perfectly pairs with rich main courses, soups, seafood, white meat, and fish. |
