Origin	Vineyards located near the winery with different facing slopes.

Harvest	Early September.
Vinification	Perfectly ripened grapes are hand-harvested. The bunches are quickly carried to the winefactory where grapes are destemmed and left to ferment and macerate for 15 days.
Ageing	After drawing-off the wine is aged in 225 litres French oak casks for 12-15 months. It is then blended in stainless steel vats and finally matures for 5 months in the bottle.
Total acidity	4.85 gr/L
Allergens	Contains sulphites
