History	The Romans indicated this vine with the name of Trebula meaning in a Latin farm, as indicated by Pliny the old man who applauded the wine from Trebbiano Vinum Trebulanum. If you want a simple translation into Italian it would be home-made wine or local wine. The Trebbiano was already identified by the Acerbi in the nineteenth century, placing it on the Roman Castles, while today it is widespread in leopard spots throughout Italy.
