||Soft pressing with pneumatic press. Immediate must of the must and static sedimentation at low temperature. Fermentation at controlled temperature, with selected yeast grafting. Autoclave foam (Charmat method) with fermentation at low temperature up to 2.5 Atm pressure.
||This wine lends itself very well to accompany all dishes that love a fresh and disengaged drink. Appetizers, pasta dishes, soups, soufflés, white meats as well as fish and shellfish. Excellent as an aperitif and a starter.
