||To naturally re-ferment in the bottle and so elevage on yeast a period non lower than 20 months. After the degormente the bottle will rest for at least 2-3 months in the cellar before being commercialized.
||Very good for aperitifs, perfect for the starters, follows egregiously delicate first courses, fish and white meat, oysters and crustacean plates.
