This champagne is a perfect match with fishes and seafood, like a thin strip of John Dory with a creamy Chaource cheese and nut oil, a scallop carpaccio with “fleur desel” and Granny Smith mousse, a mere salmon tartar with dill ora bass fillet and seashells with coconut milk. |
