||Rosè sparkling classic method dry
||Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier is made using nearly a dozen crus, most of them grands crus. Mainly from the south and north parts of the Montagne de Reims.
||Pinot Noir grapes picked in the dedicated plots are selected for their perfect ripeness and manually sorted in Laurent-Perrier harvest stations, then destemmed to retain only the berries before they go into the maceration tanks. The maceration process lasts 48-72 hours.
||After bottling, it takes a minimum of four years of ageing in cellar.
||It also goes wonderfully with foie gras canapés topped with red currants, or wafer-thin slivers of finest pata negra ham, marinated raw fish and braised guineafowl. It works perfectly at home too, with soft, creamy cheeses and with desserts such as a berry fruit salad.
