||Ochre-coloured clays and calcareous marls, with presence of sand.
||Second decade of September, hand-picked.
||The Sangiovese grapes (large-berry Sangiovese, Romagna biotype) of the different clones are harvested together and fermented in blends. Fermentation and subsequent maceration on the skins take place in steel vats at controlled temperature. The contact of the wine with the skins lasts on average 28 days; malolactic fermentation follows.
||8 months in steel vats and at least 12 months in bottle.
