Flavour

Quite forward bursting with powerful, juicy fruit accented by lovely fragrance and sweet spice. Marvellous integration of all elements allows the extraction to keep pushing trough the rich finish. Full bodied: Balanced acidity. Highly extracted. Sweet tannins. Of great wrapping to the palate, strong extension determined where the tannins are integrated perfectly. Long and persistent end.

Origin	On ancient hills inhabitants of Romagna between the cities of Forli, Castrocaro and Predappio

Ageing	Entirely aged in French oak Allier and Tronçais tonneax(350 lt) and barriques(225 lt capacity) for 15-18 months depending on the vintage. Aged in bottles for another 8\10 months before release.
