Colour

The champagne has a fluid, almost luminous appearance and a pale yellow colour with flecks of deeper yellow.

Bouquet

The first impression on the nose is of a bouquet of flowers, quite heady, like honey mingled with notes of orange blossom, honeysuckle, acacia, buttercups, linden and jasmin.

Flavour

The Champagne develop a pulpy, well-rounded fruitiness, underpinned by an acidity reminiscent of lemons, pomelos and fleshy fruit.

It is easy to enjoy, full of rich maturity and freshness. It will match with jambon de Reims, tuna tataki or brie de Meaux.
