Paul Goerg Champagne Premier Cru Absolu Extra Brut
Absolu is the emblematic cuvée of Paul Goerg: the absence of dosage and 100% Chardonnay blend allows Vertus's terroirs to shine through.

Colour

Pale yellow that fades to light green.

Bouquet

Fresh bouquet with crisp citrus and mineral notes.

Flavour

The attack that almost sharp but reveals itself silky. Immediately aromas of chamomile flowers and lime are accompanied with chalky and sea shades. The finish is persistent and turns on warmer tones of brioche, touched by subtle incursions of white fruits. A perfect balance that leaves no one indifferent.
