Le Vigne di Zamò Friulano No Name 2021
A white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It is made from Friulian grapes from different vineyards that are vinified separately and then blended at the end of a fermentation process in steel vats and aged for 6 months on their fine lees. Straw yellow wine with a fine and delicate fruity bouquet, marked by notes of white peach, apricot, citrus and a light almond aftertaste. It is a fresh, tasty and elegant wine.

Bouquet

Floral, sweet, soft and intense with enveloping notes of apricot and citrus.

Flavour

Very satisfying on the palate, with great intensity and smoothness that invites drinking together with hints of almond paste, apricot and orange peel.

Pairing

Ideal with first courses such as risotto or fish soups, barley and bean soup. It also pairs with baked fish.

Vinification 40% of the grapes are pressed directly, and the must obtained is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. 50% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation followed by 8 months of ageing on the lees. The wine is finally prepared for bottling.
