History |
Spread by the Greeks and Phoenicians, Moscato is a very ancient Moscato. Originating from Asia Minor, it was also used by the Romans thanks to the peculiarity of the sweet berries appreciated by bees and described in the writings of Pliny the Elder. It has been cultivated in this area since the 16th century. |

Vinification |
Pneumatic pressing of grapes with cold maceration, fermentation with cultured yeasts at 16 °C. |
Ageing |
Temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Natural second fermentation at 16 °C in pressure tanks. During ageing, the wine undergoes several analytical checks to ensure its integrity. |
