The Chakra Verde comes from the vineyards located in the magnificent area known as "Canale di Pirro", on the slopes of the Valle d'Itria, a wide karstic depression in the heart of the Murgia dei Trulli and a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea.

Colour

Straw-yellow with faint golden hues.

Bouquet

Olfactory profile delineated by grapefruit zest, golden apple, white mulberry and flashes of dried fruit on a mineral carpet.

Flavour

Fresh, it has a decidedly saline imprint that lengthens its persistence.

Soil composition	The soil at the base of the canal is red, clayey-calcareous, rich in skeleton and, not far from the vineyards, the calcareous rock emerges; while the roots of plants creep into the karstic cracks.
Vinification	The grapes, pressed and de-stemmed, are gently pressed, then the must is fermented in steel at a controlled temperature.
Ageing	At the end of fermentation, after the first racking, the wine remains on the fine lees until February. Bâtonnages expand its volume and harmonize its taste.
