Fina El Aziz 0.5L
El Aziz from the Arabic 'The Magnificent' is the result of a late harvest of Grillo. It is harvested strictly by hand, in the first ten days of October, leaving the fruit to dry on the vine. This wine was born by chance during the 2003 harvest in Sicily, thanks to a very hot summer that allowed the grapes to ripen early.

Colour

Straw yellow with golden hues.

Bouquet

Aromas and sweet scents that impress with their variety and are reminiscent of white fruits such as: pineapple, peach and apricot, as well as: vanilla, honey and sweet spices, with enveloping and harmonious aromas and scents.

Flavour

It denotes an important freshness that heralds a long and complex evolution over time.

Pairing

It goes well with blue cheeses (it is perfect with gorgonzola), or creamy desserts or even with delicate desserts such as: mousse, Bavarian or savarin.

To better illustrate our company's history, it is necessary to start with Bruno Fina's experience as a young oenologist, who, in the mid-1980s, took on the role of technical manager of the experimental winery of the Sicilian Institute of Vine and Win...
