As an aperitif with different snacks or finger food, fried sea food, mussels with gentle sauce and fried potatoes (moules-frittes); canapés with cold marinated trout, grayling or salmon, vegetable tartines or pancakes with herbs; tuna tartar and risotto with peas (rice-bizi), vegetable minestrones and various white grilled meat. |
