This is obtained from selected grapes from 13 vineyards. It is a Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry which, despite its residual sugar of 13 grams/litre, still has a fairly dry taste.

Perlage

Fine and persistent. Creamy foam.

Bouquet

Scents of roses, citrus fruit, acacia, vine blossom, white peaches, pears and apples.

Flavour

Dry and harmonious.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif, and ideal with fish or vegetable-based pasta or rice dishes.
