This is obtained from selected grapes from 5 vineyards. It is a Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut which, despite its residual sugar of only 5 grams/litre, still has a rounded taste.

Perlage

Fine and persistent. Creamy foam.

Bouquet

Scents of roses, citrus fruit, acacia, vine blossom, white peaches, pears and apples.

Flavour

Dry, but rounded.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif, and perfect for accompanying seafood, shellfish and refined fish dishes.
