Bouquet

Kaleidoscopic and extemporaneous, complex nose, changes with every smell with tendentially soft sensations of pale almond, white peach, icing sugar and limoncello with toasted shades that turn towards a subtle hydrocarbon minerality.

Flavour

Aristocratic, deep, nervous mouth, very long mineral flavor with perlage that delicately teases the palate.

Pairing

Gently approaches the appetizers, the first well structured and elegant seconds. Classic combination with oysters, caviar and chicken in jelly, can however accompany any complete meal.
