||60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Nero
||Manual harvest, soft pressing.
||Pinot Noir is vinified in pink, leaving the skins in contact with the must for 10 hours. First fermentation in steel tanks and aging in the same tanks for 7 months at controlled temperature 16-18 °C. Second fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months.
||The Liqueur d'expédition is made from Chardonnay wine aged in French oak barrels and cane sugar.
||It can very well accompany a whole meal with the exception of desserts.
