Description
Still white wine from Piedmont, 13% ABV, produced by Prunotto. Blend: 60% Erbaluce, 40% Sauvignon. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the Antinori family's passion for the Langhe region, with the aim of showcasing native grape varieties. The grapes were gently pressed, and cold decanting separated the clear must. Fermentation took place at a temperature no higher than 18°C for approximately 15 days. Before bottling, the wine aged in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature for several months. Intense fruity aromas (mango and passion fruit) with citrus notes tending towards pink grapefruit. Straw yellow in color with light green highlights that recall the wine's freshness. On the palate, it is rich, full, and appropriately acidic with a mineral finish.
