After arrival in the winery, the grapes were macerated for 10 days. |

The wine was then matured in our ageing cellar in 25 and 7.5 HL wooden barrels for 13 months, during which time malolactic fermentation took place. |

Typical local dishes such as a mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses, vinegar salami or brovada and muset. Otherwise with red meats, roasts, poultry and semi-aged cheeses. |
