This wine, in fact, was the first created, completed and then presented by the winery ... the beginning of the dream that gradually consolidates and becomes reality, just like in the most beautiful children's fairy tales. A red wine that combines the classicity of Rosso di Valtellina DOC with a burst of vivacity and youth. And who could capture and underline this youth better than Beatrice, daughter of the winery's owners, who proposed this name?

Farbe

Transparent ruby red of medium intensity, but very lively and bright.

Geruch

Of medium olfactory power, it is characterized by floral-fruity finesse (wild violet and unripe hazelnut) persistent and captivating.

Geschmack

On the palate it is expressed with a fabric that is never overbearing but very balanced. Just a little bit pleasantly tannic, with preservable tannins that highlight the specificity of mountain Nebbiolo. Well-balanced in its freshness and flavour.
