Almost 20 years ago the Soave Cellar began a process of unification of other cooperative wineries in the territory, from 1,000 members to the current 2200 for a total of 6000 hectares of vineyards and 30 million bottles produced annually.
In 2016, after a long bureaucratic process, work began on the expansion of the winery over an area of 30,000 square meters which, with a low environmental impact, will lead to double the production lines and further increase the bottling capacity. The restructuring plan, estimated at around 100 million euros, also includes urbanization and infrastructural works to improve the road network around the company.
In such a dynamic reality the quality of the wines produced remains solid and unchanged, which, despite the dizzying numbers and the strongly entrepreneurial setting of the production, retain a soul that is faithful to the tradition and territory of origin.
