Parfüm

The nose offers an explosion of floral and fruity aromas. Notes of meadow grass intertwine with sensations of quince, citrus citrus and chestnut blossom. All this is enveloped in a pleasant bed of yeast.

Farbe

To the eye, it has a straw-yellow colour, enhanced by faint greenish-yellow reflections reminiscent of lime. The perlage is fine and persistent, with a crown of snow-drop foam.

In the mouth, it is savoury, fruity and full of character. The structure is harmonious and elegant, with a lingering finish reminiscent of soft almonds. A delicate perlage opens the door to a rich, intense and complex bouquet. Unlike any other sparkling wine, PrinzÌpi is distinguished by its compactness, variety and body. A very special sparkling wine.

Cantina 837 is the result of the meeting of three eclectic and innovative figures, united by a deep bond with the mountains and their unique terroir: Claudio Coradazzi, who brings his consolidated experience and knowledge of the area, Andrea Marcato, a tenacious entrepreneur and great admirer of his homeland, and Roberto Baldovin, former head of the winery of the same name.

The mountains of Carnia, caskets of biodiversity and breathtaking landscapes, are suffering from a silent exodus. Villages empty, uncultivated fields multiply, traditions are lost. But we have a hope that is also a certainty: environmentally friendly agriculture, a valuable ally in reversing the trend and sowing the seeds of a flourishing future.
