Tenjaku

Tenjaku is created in the town of Fuefuki, located in the eastern part of the Kofu basin. Looking towards Mount Fuji and the Southern Alps, it is a blessed place surrounded by boundless nature with verdant forests, beautiful orchards, hot springs and crystal clear streams. The moderate mineral content of the water in this area contributes to a smooth, easy-drinking whisky with a balanced flavour and a slightly alkaline nature. The symbol of Tenjaku, depicted on the bottle, is the lark (hibari), the beloved herald of spring in the east and west. Like the gentle, harmonious song of this small bird, the flavour of Tenjaku whisky is pleasantly pure and smooth.
