Cantine Monfort

Established in the town of Lavis, nearby Trento, with almost 40 years of history in sparkling wine production, Cantine Monfort continues its journey in research and experiment.

The vineyards are located between 400 and 600 metres, partly on the hills of Trento, in the villages of Meano, Vigo Meano, Cortesano and Pergine Valsugana.

A varied terroir from porphyry, similar to that of the Cembra Valley, to the sandy loam of the Valsugana, allows the soil and its different souls to express themselves.

Their first classic method cuvée dates back to 1985, even though the winery dates back to the post-war period, and they have never stopped since then.
