Aurore Casanova

Domaine Aurore Casanova, which respects the environment and all forms of life, was created in 2013 by Aurore and Jean-Baptiste.

It is based on unique terroirs that will be certified organic in 2023: Puisieulx in the Montagne de Reims: mainly Pinot Noirs (from massal selection or clones) and Chardonnays that grow on silt resting on hard limestone.

Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger in the Côte des Blancs: 22 plots with almost as many exposures! What they have in common, however, is Chardonnay grown on chalky subsoil with fine brown earth or chalky colluvium on the surface.

Champvoisy in the Marne Valley: a brown Marne soil on hard limestone that allows the Meunier to express itself.

This diversity of terroirs and grape varieties is interpreted thanks to the observation and contemplation that guide Aurore and JB both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
