Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes harvested in favourable climatic and harvesting conditions, which allow the grapes to reach optimal ripeness. |
Vinification |
The fermentation of the base wine takes place in steel tanks where it stays for about 8 months. |
Ageing |
After drawing, it matures on the lees for a period of more than 36 months. After disgorging, bottle ageing follows in order to impart the unmistakable and intense fragrances and aromas. Being a zero dosage during disgorgement, refilling is carried out exclusively with the same wine. |

Ideal with seafood crudités, shellfish and fish dishes. |
