Harvest	Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes harvested in favourable climatic and harvesting conditions, which allow the grapes to reach optimal ripeness.
Vinification	The fermentation of the base wine takes place in steel tanks where it stays for about 8 months.
Ageing	After drawing, it matures on the lees for a period of more than 36 months. After disgorging, bottle ageing follows in order to impart the unmistakable and intense fragrances and aromas. Being a zero dosage during disgorgement, refilling is carried out exclusively with the same wine.
