Plozza Franciacorta Brut

The multi-vintage cuvée Franciacorta Brut is composed of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir base wines. Harvested by hand in small cases, grapes are carefully selected before being vinified and submitted to the sparkling process.

	Perlage Very fine, persistent effervescence.
	Colour Straw yellow.
	Bouquet Sensory and taste characteristics which remind to the thirty-month period of maturation on lees: the olfactive range reveals aromatic herbs (sage, citronella, anet), white-pulped fruit and hints of bread crust.
	Flavour A savory taste crosses the palate, elegant and pulpy, sustained by a nice acidic streak, by a minerality that leads to the long finish and by a good fruity aftertaste.
