Cantine Monfort Trento Extra Brut Le General D'Allemagne 2015

The Monfort Riserva Brut Trento Doc is the winery's latest arrival. A Millesimato wine of the 2009 vintage produced in compliance with the "Trento Doc Metodo Classico" specification with 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir grapes. This wine ages 54 months on the lees, an ideal time to refine and exalt all its characteristics.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	顏色 Gold yellow.
	香氣/花束 Fragrant notes, from bread crust to vanilla, with a light and pleasant citrus note.
	味道 Full-bodied, round and complex. The fragrant notes highlighted on the nose are well-blended.

Excellent as an apéritif. It perfectly pairs with any special occasion.
