Maso Poli TrentoDOC Brut Riserva 2017

This excellent sparkling wine is made using the classic method. Trentodoc represents the highest type of excellence in Trentino wines and the Riserva Maso Poli is aged for over 60 months on the lees, well beyond the guidelines of the specification.

Intense aroma of ripe apple with an undertone of bread crust and yeast.

The structure on the palate is rich, but with an elegant fresh note of acidity and minerality, which give persistence in the mouth.
