Typical classic Trentino sparkling wine obtained from selected cuvées of Chardonnay cultivated in the hills of Trentino at altitudes between 450 and 600 meters above sea level.

	Perlage Persistent froth and very fine perlage.
	颜色 Straw yellow with greenish nuances just hinted at.
	香气/花束 Intense, complex, fine and fruity bouquet; mineral with delicate notes of bread crust.
	味道 Savoury, pleasantly fresh, balanced and well-structured.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif and with fried shrimp or escalope Leghorn style.

Location	Vineyards with a great vocation for sparkling wine in Trentino (Hills of Trento, Valle dei Laghi and Brentonico Plateau)

收成	The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes.
酿造	The grapes are vinified in white at a controlled temperature in steel tanks and in barriques.
陈年	In the spring following the harvest, the foam is taken in the bottle and left on the yeasts for more than 24 months. At the disgorgement is made only a minimum dosage of "liqueur d'expedition".
