	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	颜色 Bright, straw yellow with greenish reflections.
	香气/花束 Fruity notes of William pear, calla lily and campanula flowers.
	味道 Good harmony between the perception of sweetness and acidity, which together with a slight tastiness characterise this full-bodied wine. The pleasant fruity aftertaste is persistent.

Pairing

It pairs well with seafood risotto with green asparagus tips. Scallops wrapped in "Crudo di Sauris" ham and seared in the oven. Bites of stewed bacon and oven-dried prunes.
