Complex, pleasant hints of yeast are combined with fresh, tropical and citrus fruit notes.

Pleasantly fresh, full-bodied, persistent. The very fine and persistent perlage gives creaminess in the mouth.

Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif. Thanks to its organoletic completeness, it is also excellent throughout the meal.

收成 Manual at the end of August, beginning of September.
酿造 Traditional in white with soft pressing of the whole grape and maximum yield in must of 60%. Fermentation conducted partly in steel and partly in barriques. Refermentation in the bottle with the addition of selected yeasts for frothing.
陈年 Refinement and stay on the lees for about 40 months. Manual Remuage on pupitres, disgorgement with addition of liqueur d'expedition. Rest in the bottle for a further 3-4 months.
