History The Brunei area gets its name from an antique location cultivated with Prunus, the Latin name for prune. The wine recalls the flavour of barely ripe, wild prune.
Origin Village of Colbertaldo, Town of Vidor (Treviso).
Climate Altitude: 180 m. a.s.l.
Soil composition Alluvial clay.
Cultivation system Double cordon.
Yield per hectare 13,500 kg/hectare.
Harvest Early September.
Vinification Soft crushing without the press and using incompletely ripe grapes.
Ageing The second fermentation lasts 4 weeks at a temperature of 15°C to enhance its acidity.
