This sparkling wine comes from 100% Glera grapes with excellent freshness and drinkability. The second fermentation is carried out with the Martinotti method, this Prosecco DOC is the perfect companion for an apéritif with friends.

Origin South-eastern Veneto region.
Climate Altitude: 30-40 m. a.s.l. The climate is generally temperate and humid due to the proximity of the sea. Still, there are strong temperature fluctuations due to the alternation of cool (Bora) and hot-humid (Sirocco) winds.
Soil composition The terroir is a moderately deep loamy-clayey and alkaline soil, typical and characteristic of the Veneto plain. It rests on a very ancient layer -a palaeosol - known as 'caranto'.
Cultivation system Single and double cordon.
No. plants per hectare 3,600-4,000.
Vinification After harvesting, the grapes are crushed and subjected to soft pressing using pneumatic presses with fast separation of the must from the skins. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. The wine is then placed in steel autoclaves, where the second fermentation uses the Martinotti method.
Ageing Following the Martinotti method, at least 30 days.
