An enchanting landscape, soil rich in promise and the happy meeting of two adventure-loving Piedmontese who fell in love with this unspoit contry: one, engineer Sella, related to the celebrated statesman, Quinitino Sella, and the other was a lawyer, Mosca.
These are the origins of Sella & Mosca with the most prestigious wine production in Sardinia since the early 20th century.
We are located in the locality of I Piani, North of Alghero: here, with 650 hectares, 550 of which are cultivated with vines, lie the Sella&Mosca Estates. In addition to these vineyards, there are estates in Gallura and Sulcis.
Sella & Mosca's philosophy faithfully expresses the two faces of Sardinia in its production stategy. The first is the traditional aspect, rooted in the land. The second is the sun-centred Mediteranea spirit.
The long-estabilished Sella & Mosca range of red and liqueur wines has been enhanced to meet the requirements of a constantly evolving market with new whites and roses, light, young wines that reflect the versatility of the modern wine lover.
A philosophy based on consistent and dynamic choices that allows Sella&Mosca to satisfy increasingly demanding consumers.
