It is a wine made from grapes that are naturally resistant to the main fungal diseases of the vine, the variety of which makes it possible to eliminate pesticide treatments, consequently they also respect the 'carbon footprint' which is the CO2 that is emitted into the air using tractors and vehicles with combustion engines, they also eliminate fertilisation and respect water sources because they are not irrigated, they are drought-resistant.
