Soil composition	Hilly soils of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well exposed and always ventilated.
Vinification	After a rigorous selection of the bunches and a light pressing, the must is fermented in steel tanks.
Ageing	After lees ageing in spring, it spends a period of over 30 months on the lees and after disgorgement at least 6 months before marketing.
