Cultivation system	Head-training system with a single pole.
Yield per hectare	6,000 kg/hectare.
Harvest	Second decade of October.
Vinification	Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature between 28-30°C.
Ageing	Spontaneous malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barriques, tonneaux, and large barrel made of 20% of new wood. Bottling after 16-18 months of wood aging and 1 month in steel.
