||Sandy topsoil with abundant rocks.
||Temperature controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation for 20-25 days in stainless steel tanks (24-26 °C).
||The 50% of the wine is aged for 36 months in French oak tonneau (500 lt) and the rest 50% in Slavonian oak barrel (15-25 Hl). Before release, the wine is bottle-aged for at least 12 months.
||Superb accompaniment to red meats, game, meat sauce and wildboar.
