Amarone Acinatico is made from the best selection of Valpolicella grapes grown in vineyards high up in the hills. It is a red wine of great structure, complex, elegant and velvety, with a warm and spicy bouquet and aromas of dried fruit.

Harvest	The best grapes are selected, placed in 6kg crates and left to rest in our fruit cellars for 90-120 days. During the drying of the grapes, a series of biochemical and evolutionary processes, including Botritis Nobile, transform part of the sugars into glycerine.
Vinification	After the crushing of the dried grapes, the long maceration and alcoholic fermentation, which lasts about a month, result in a very structured wine that is incredibly rich in aromas.
Ageing	It is then aged for 2 years in large casks and oak tonneaux where malolactic fermentation is completed and its distinctive personality matures.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Traditionally paired with game, grilled meats, roasts and mature cheeses.
