Salizzoni Trentatre 2016

It should have been called TRENTINER but the strict rules on labeling do not allow it. The intention of the five wineries participating in the project (Nicolodi, Francesco Poli, Vivallis, Salizzoni, Vallarom) is to produce a wine that is an expression of the whole of Trentino (three valleys, three rivers, three vines) and which can, through a project and a common commitment, to express the peculiarities of the various realities that operate there: farms, wine artisans, winemakers and social wineries. The particular and diverse climatic conditions of Trentino (from the Mediterranean one on Lake Garda to the continental one in Val di Cembra), the latitude, the various elevation levels, the multiple geological components of the land, the traditions underline, in Trentino wines, the nuances aromatic, finesse and elegance.
