On the palate the wine is complex, dense, accompanied by hints of white fruit and a mineral touch. Long finish.

Harvest	Manual harvest.
Vinification	Transportation in boxes of 12 kg to thermo regulated cooling chambers and stored there for 24 hours prior fermentation. Selection of grapes on sorting table and made with the flower must (grape without pressing) extracted by means of a rotor deposit.
Ageing	8 months in new French oak barrels. The batonnage is practiced to achieve greater complexity by turning the barrels.
