Istrian malvasia is part of the vast family of malvasia of Greek origin. It has not blatantly flavor profile and suave and rather distinguished by its elegance and finesse.

The nose expresses a delicate profile of summer fruit.

Flavour

The taste reminds apricot and peach, but the fruity notes are refreshed by a lively acidity, with pleasantly citrus tones.
