Harvest |
Cabernet and Malbec grapes are harvested when slightly overripe. The grapes are processed to retain a good percentage of whole berries, thus obtaining a pleasant fruity aroma during fermentation. |
Vinification |
The grapes were vinified with a maceration period of 10 days to give the wine a beautiful colour and maintain its pleasantness on the palate. Fermentation occurs at temperatures of 22-24°C to enhance the aromas and fragrance. |
Pairing |
Excellent with appetising snacks and traditional Mediterranean dishes. Best served at home, brasseries and in restaurants specialising in pasta dishes. Also, it can be paired with gourmet pizza. |
