	Colour Golden yellow.
	Bouquet Ripe and elegant nose, delicate balance with citrus and mineral notes.
	Flavour Well balanced, smooth palate followed by a satisfying intensity revealing notes of yellow fruit (lemon, pineapple) for a fresh finish.

Pairing

Ideal as an apéritif. A good match for pan-fried foie gras, veal terrine, saddle of rabbit and ray in butter, as well as fish in a range of sauces. It's equally appropriate at the end of a meal.
