Gulfi Nerojbleo Nero d'Avola Sicilia 2014
Nerojbleo is a warm, solar red, with the striking characteristics of wine produced from the renowned Nero'd'Avola, the Sicilian grape variety which has been cultivated for centuries on Mount Iblea in the province of Ragusa.

Colour

Ruby red.

Bouquet

Expressive aromatic portrait of small bramble fruit fresh to be picked, the coastal scrub rich in officinal herbs and wild berries, rock salt and fine oriental spices and roasted peanuts.

Flavour

Enveloping to the sip, fresh and decidedly sapid it prolongs its persistence on fruity and mineral tones.

Pairing

Generous wine, velvety and at the same time gritty, it goes well with vegetable soups, cereals and winter vegetables. Another intriguing possibility is that of Mediterranean dishes in which tasty vegetables, herbs and cheeses are combined: to limit ourselves to a couple of examples, a baked pasta with eggplant, tomato, parmesan, mozzarella and aromatic herbs, or even the classic eggplant Parmigiana.
